Jai Mehta is an Indian businessman. He is the husband of Indian film actress Juhi Chawla. Juhi is his second wife. His first wife died in a plane crash in 1991. They have two children, Jhanvi and Arjun.

The 2009 Indian Premier League season, abbreviated as IPL 2, was the second season of the Indian Premier League.
   
The tournament was hosted by South Africa and scheduled between April 18 and May 24, 2009. The matches of IPL 2 was telecast live on Set Max channel.

The final match of the IPL 2 was played between Deccan Chargers v Bangalore Royal Challengers on May 24, 2009 at the Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg. Deccan Chargers defeated Bangalore Royal Challengers in the final match and won the Indian Premier League 2009 (IPL 2).
