Rocky S. is an Indian fashion designer.

Rocky graduated from the JD Institute of Fashion Designing in New Delhi. He started his career by designing for the store Roopam.

Rocky entered the film industry and Akshay Kumar was the first artist he designed for. He has designed costumes for several Indian actors and actresses such as Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Rekha, Manisha Koirala, Sridevi, Hrithik Roshan, Aftaab Shivdasani, Amisha Patel, Dia Mirza, Esha Deol, Bipasha Basu etc.

He owns a store called Rocky-S in Mumbai. He participated in the IGEDO fair in September 1996. He has also participated in several fashion shows.
