 Sunil
Mittal is the chairman and managing director of the Bharti group, a GSM
mobile service provider in India. He was born on June 15, 1950 to Sat Paul
and Lakshmi Mittal. His father was a politician.
Sunil graduated in economics and political
science from Punjab University in 1979. He started the Bharti Telecom
Limited (BTL) in 1982. He established the Bharti Cellular Limited in 1995,
to offer cellular services under the brand name AirTel.
He is married to Nyna and has three children, daughter Esha and twin sons
Kavin and Shravin.

With all due respect to acheivements of AIRTEL and how it has pioneered the cellular revolution in our country , would like to bring to your notice, how the vital link who connects us , the customer to the service provider can make or mar and would request you to appreciate the impact of outsourcing that to a third party . Its like having a governess for raising our kids..
I have been a loyal customer of airtel since i guess five years, despite luring offers from the competition. But this time, i decided to part for very valid reasons.The connectivity is totally lost from second week of March '09 and a complaint has been registered through all ports, but in vain. but the customer care has no answer nor solution , now they want me to pay the bill ie. rent for the two months , which i feel is not valid.My number is 9967034475 .I request your intervention to get the critical areas under your purview to avoid losing your loyal customers to competition. I believe retaining is more difficult than winning new customers..which is a cakewalk ..specially with your beautiful heart touching ads. But there is no point when u cannot sustain for longer.. Nevertheless WISHING AIRTEL GOOD LUCK...as i always wish that our monies should remain with us not go outside the country.. | |

U being a good gentleman, should know how ur airtel workers are doing 420 with ur company. I have proofs and can show u at any time u required. its not for a day or two, but if i am not wrong, almost for the last 5 years. Ha HA they have earned a lot more than what they are supposed to have for being a worker. Though i merely know them but the proofs are solid because the things which already had happened needs no paper as proof. When I got back and tried to make a call I was told my account has been blocked and there is no way the MOST IDIOT AND MOST IRRITATING STAFF OF AIRTEL told me they are going to refund my $ 37 in my account.
If this is the way you are planning to grow and mint money................I would say you are the worst business men to be produced not only in India but whole world.
