Bcoz non food team in Bangalore are really unprofessional. Every time they expect favours & monetary benefits for their personal things.
Intially i thought Pantaloon Group was a professionally managed organization. But looking at Bangalore people I am really sorry to use these words.

I am facing a problem with an Airtel Connection. From 15th Jan 2010 so many caller tell me Mizanur Please check your Mobile.
I am used this no from 2006 Around 2 000 people contact me with this (+919903174310) Number.
So Many times I have complain your 198 help line .On that time the Customer care Executive tell me it is a temp network problem it will be solved after Sometime.
From 10th Feb 2010 I have suffering very critical Situation with this Network Problem.
Last time complained on (198) Feb 20th Feb 8:20 P.M for Dropping or one way call Issue.
On that time Care Executive Says after 72 hrs it will be resolved.
Last night after 11 pm I called 198 for the Issue. And Request them Friend As like you I am a System Executive of a Private company Please solved the Issue. Due to Your Connection Problem I can t contact on my colleges.
Your Executive says it will be take around 3rd March 2010.
Then I told your Care Executive on 20th Feb Your staff said it would take 72 hrs.
I have used a call recorder so don t tell me lie.
If Possible please solve the Problem otherwise Disconnect my Phone Line.
I hope you will be loss a small time from your daily Program for translate my complain Solution Process.

I wore the same top today to Big Bazaar. I forgot to take off the tag. I was stopped while coming out as the RFID (detector) started beeping because of the tag. I was taken to the checking counter and then insulted. Not only was I checked from head to toe,I had to also listen to their abuses. They argued that I had tried to steal the top. They called a lady from the trial room and she started saying that I was there and it was likely I had taken the top. They almost reduced me to the verge of tears. I didn't have any bags with me. I had just walked in with a jacket and a wallet in hand. To top it the cost of the top was only 149 Rs. Whereas my bill was for a lot more than that.
They also said that they had noticed the tag when I entered the store. If that was the case why didn't they stop me right then and inform me about it instead of harassing me later on. They also mentioned about how they stopped a lot of people everyday for the same reason. That being the case why don't they correct their system.
I have checked internet in the hope of complaining to someone about their malfunctioning detector, improper checking system, bad customer service. But I did not find any court for it. So I landed up in this website. I always had a high regard for Big Bazaar and its quality of products but on 25th Jan 2010 we purchased plastic vacuum containers and the following is the purchase made by us at your Kandivali East Grovel branch AND I FELT AS IF I WAS A FOOL ALL THIS WHILE, AS I TRUSTED THE BIG BAZAAR BRAND
1.Plastic Vacuum containers (rectangle) - 4 Nos @ INR 400 each with a scheme of buy 1 get 1 free.
2.Plastic Containers (round) - 2 Nos @ INR 600 each with a scheme of buy 1 get 1 free
I have the following complaints:
1.We were cheated of INR 200 on our above purchase.
In the billing your team had charged INR 400 less for the rectangle containers and had charged INR 600 more for the round containers which means a NET LOSS OF INR 200 for us.
2.The containers were defective AND WERE NOT EVEN GETTING PROPERLY SEALED.
I feel your billing system is QUITE COMPLICATED and you have kept it purposely to CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
On and average if you charge INR 200 per customer then you save lacs of rupees.
I request all the SHOPPERS at BIG BAZAAR to check their bills thoroughly before tearing their bills.
Please do something to provide us our INR 200 and also return the defective materials given to us.

We bought a Shower cabin( reciept No;2078007622 , we suffered from false commitments,despite assurance tht fitting of shower cabin will be done on delivery itself the , Mr Prashant Parekh, the Sales Manager of Kolkata Hometown missed it again. It seems they have a habit of betraying the customers trust. They talk big about their service commitments, even their adverts talking about 10 - 30% Discounts are a bluff.Nobody knows, what the discount coupons can buy you..everybody is asking everybody else..what to offer. Leave alone all those , the service deliveries, the products being installed, everything happens at their own sweet will, totally disregarding the customers need or convenience.The whole day has to be sacrificed for getting the delivery, thats not all, you need to wait another 48 hrs+ to get it assembled..The question is , is anybody listening ? We the customers suffer, but is there a place to go or a person to whom the complaints can be made?
