    Airtel cheats customers
    I got sms that thank you for using map and direction service.You have been charged 20 rupees.And there was a link of www.Igmobi.Com. Let me tell u something i continuesly got sms messages i think it was something 20 sms messages still now. Even when i am sleeping then also i was getting dis kind of sms. .I got something like 20 sms. What the hell is doing airtel .I nevr used any service and stil getting charged for dat.I told to customer care but they do nothing.Just give me the proof if i have activated any service.Airtel can get ip address and imei .Then give me the proof. Airtel realy sucks.If u come infront of my i wil break ur hands and leg airtel

    Worst Customer Support System in Airtel
    I just want to add, that I have a Broad Band connection of airtel, which proved nothing but a headache for me.
    Since beginning I am in a process to launch complains regarding my Handset, User Psw creation, but no response from past 2 months.
    Worst part of my experience is that every time it takes almost 30 min to get my complain lounged and it disappears on a very next moment, there is no record of that.
    The numbers they have given me are false.
    I don't know how should i raise my voice to their seniors ?

    I have issue. I said I wont pay. If airtel wants money, I told to collect it from Sunil Bharti Mittal.

    Subscribers are not fools and should know that Not all subscribers are same in thinking. So, you will have to take responsibility on my issue as Nobody in Chennai are ready to take responsibility.

    Airtel cheats customers
    It was 4 or 5 feb 2009. I got sms that thank you for using map and direction service.You have been charged 15 rupees.And there was a link of www.Igmobi.Com. Let me tell u something i continuesly got sms messages i think it was something 50 sms messages per day. Even when i am sleeping then also i was getting dis kind of sms. 4 feb n 5 feb . 2 days day n nyt .I got something like 100 sms. What the hell is doing airtel .I nevr used any service and stil getting charged for dat. U can understand 50 to 100 sms means i had to pay 1000 rupees for dat.I told to customer care but they do nothing.Just give me the proof if i have activated any service.Airtel can get ip address and imei .Then give me the proof.     i have purchased prepaid card from pune now in mumbai customer care no is not working since 5 days . even whn u get connect to customer care u will fill ever bad response from executive.

    Bad Airtel Cust Service, Threats without a reason
    Hi,

    I was holding 2 airtel numbers viz 9971152883 & 9818309064 on my name ( Utsav Kiran Dutta).
    I had logged a request for permanent disconnection of both the mentioned numbers in 2007 but the same was never done.

    On Both the Numbers, Airtel was continously sending me bills eventhough i had put the request long back.
    Also on both the numbers Full & Final Settlement was done, Even though then i was receving calls from Airtel Advocates threatening me of Court Orders & Nasty Messages.

    I dont understand even when the Full & Final Settlement was done once why Airtel was stupid enough to call me & Bug me.
    Even Airtel Advocates threatened of sending my VISA cancellation request to Indonesian Embassy which was totally unfair.
    I had to come from Indonesia to India on my expenses to go personally to Airtel Outlet.

    As i talked to the Airtel representative there it was noticed that both numbers were active.

    I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT IF ON BOTH NUMBERS Full & Final Settlement Was Done , How can Airtel keep it Active and continue sending Bills.

    Think so Airtel is running a nasty gang to snatch money instead of a Telecom Company.

    Very Very Unsatisified with Such a big brand name conpany.

    Will see Airtel in Consumer Court.

    airtel cheated me while selling me the simcard
    2 years back appco company sales person came to my place to sell me the simcard appco is touched with airtel the executive has explained me the plan after using it i came to know the plan given to me is something else its a big fraud with me i am being charged extra in my bill take action against this and give me a proper soultion.

    Complaint againt Maruti service center
    Dear Sir (pahredar@moneycontrol.co m ),
    I would like to register a complanit againt a Maruti Authorised service center called Akanksha Service center, Moradabad, UP ( Ph : 09837122149, 0591-248111, 09897122000)
    My Car no. UP21P 6855
    Complaint No. 741414
    I met an accident on 27th June'08 on Delhi Moradabad Highway at Joya. I am facing problems and very upset with the Authrised service center - Akansha Automobile services.
    I am having a insurance with new India thru Maruti. After meeting accident I called to Maruti service center in Moradabad, After calling they informed me to
    bring the car in their service center for repair.I did the same and admit my car in the authrised sevice center - Akansha Automobile.
    I am very upset for the below reasons
    I also register my complait to Maruti customer care with e-mail dt. 22nd July with reference no. 741414 and e-mail reference no. HT20080722_0000000137.
    I would like to finally give you my final feedback in writing as I am not getting any response from Maruti care after calling many times to cutomer care and also many e-mails.
    On dated 12th August, I went to Akanksha service center to know the status and solve the issue but the below points of my dis-satisfaction on that day.
    Point : 1 : I am very much dis-appointed totally fed up with their services because the misbehavior of Mr. Krishna Kant (service manager). He do not know how to deal with the customers. The below argues and misbehave was done with us. As per him :
    A). We contact Akanksha after a month, where as Mr. Ganesh and Mr. Anand knows that how many times we have visited to service center. I think it is more than 10 times. And more than 20 time we called to the service center to know the expenses and also the status, we also try to contact to Mr. Krishna Kant but we could not reach him. The first complaint was placed on 22nd July to Maruti care when there was no response from Akanksha.
    B) As per him we were arguing because we did not want to pay the money.
    C) When we asked him for the high expenses, he says that why you bring the car here.
    D) When we asked him for the high exp, he told that we repair this and that is why these are the expenses.
    E) The way of talking was rubbish, and all workers and stuff collect when he was shouting on us. We also tried to put our words but he was shouting on us. The members were present at that place, Ms. Nikita, Mr. Shahnawaz and also more than 15 persons and everybody is aware about it.
    F) He challenge/warn us that we have to pay whatever they have charged. Where as I have full rights to know each and everything.
    G) At the time of meeting they informed us that the total Expenses are Rs.80,000 without labour and paint charges and as per him the payment for us was 33400 Rs.(After long argument it was only 30,000 Rs) When we demand for the insurance pass billed amt and estimate which was given by national insurance they refuse to give the same and they were not to ready to inform the complete details also. This was also requested from Maruti care under ref no. 760124.
    H) As per him, why we are maintaining the car if we can not able to pay the expenses.
    I ) He told us that you are using dialogues for not to paying the bill. Of course the bill is high so I asked them to explain but they did not.
    Point : 2 - I am very much disappointed because we were not informed to change the high expenses parts. And many parts was okay because we drive the car from Joya to Moradabad but many are changed now (this was already informed you many times). Also the originality of my carhas been lost . The originality of my car has been lost by your service center because the car was cut from the front side and changed the main part. Now the value of my car is 50,000 less and it will be counted as big accidental.
    Point : 3 - The car bring into the service center on 27th June'08 and still the car is in Akanksha service center. Nobody is bothering to ask/inform us for changing/check the high value parts and also for our dis-satisfaction.
    Point : 4 - When there is only the very small plastic part 1-2 mm (nakke) of any Plastic item damage (Example- Dash board) the full part has been changed without our permission. This was also discussed with Mr. Chauhan (Servaier of Insurance company). He was agree on our words and also informed me that many time they have informed to the mangers that it is necessary to ask from the customer before changing any part.
    According to me : If the nakke was damage, I will not change my full part and can be manage without changing the new, because it will save my thousands of rupees. And if this was necessary to change then why they did not inform us to change the high expenses part.
    Point : 5 - Noting was informed us earlier but after placing complaint in higher office at Maruti customer care on 22nd July then only they contacted us on 23rd July first time and ask us to take back my complaint and sign the satisfactory letter. But after that they as well as the maurti care did not resolve the issue till now and also Akanksha S.A. mis-behave with us.
    Point : 6 - I am very much surprised that the car is damage only from the front right side, then the expenses are 80,000 +++ Denting charges + painting charges + Labour charges extra( Which are still not informed us) and if the car will be fully damaged than I think the expenses will be more than 5,00,000 Rs.. Where as per the insurance policy the current car value is only 1,46,750 Rs.
    Point : 7 - When the car was damaged from the front right side only then how is it possible to change the left side body parts ( fender, fender lining, etc)
    Point : 8 - We asked many time that before doing anything just call/inform us at the time of survey. After asking many times from the starting from 27th June'08, (also in writing) they haven't informed us nor gave any rough estimate, and also which insurance company has issued/passed. It means that there are some hiding reasons behind it. This request also forwarded to Maruti customer care with reference no. 760124.
    Point : 9 - Akansha Service center is trying to make us fool and also to the insurance company at every stage. And is making money on the customer's insurance.
    Point : 10 - The matter was discussed with Mr. Vyas (GM service) on Dt. 12-08-08, we were satisfied with their attitude but after discussion, they try to settle the case by giving the deduction of 3400 Rs, and informed us to pay 30,000 Rs but I am sorry that I am not satisfied and can not pay 30,000 Rs. because the car was not highly damaged. Again I would like to inform you that the car value is only 1,46,750 Rs.
    Point : 11 - The small small amt is making the high value bill of Rs. 80,000 Rs +++ Denting charges + painting charges + Labour charges when there was not high damage on the car. Total approximate expenses will be approx 1,00,000 Rs, where as the actual value of my car after 4 years is 1,46,750. Then why they were not ready to give us total loss of the car. And why they did not inform us for the high expenses.
    Point : 12 - If the total expenses are approximate Rs.1,00,000 according to Akanksha then why we were not informed for the same and also did not get our permission. And if the expenses were high then why they did not show the car in total lose where as the actual car value is only 1,46,750.
    Point : 13. One more very surprising thing, which is that the side mirror has been changed as it is clearly shown in the pictures that it is okay, it is not a hardly matter as the cost is Rs. 300 approximate but the cheating point can be noted with this change. And of course that the small-small amount has been Rs. a lakh now.
    Point : 14. I'm totally facing the mentally lose, phone call charges, traveling from Delhi to Moradabad (as at present I am a resident in New Delhi), and also high expensed of petrol charges for making many visit. For all these expenses and mentally lose I will ask for the compensation from the consumer court.
    Point : 15. After so many argument they provide me the bill on 24th August.
    Point : 16. Stearing, which is changed without our permission, and if this was damaged (as per service center) why they did not ask/allow to check.So that we were sure that the streaing is actually not okay.
    Point : 17. Engine is the main part of any car, and it is not damaged, then how could it be possible to make the expenses more than (approx) Rs. 1,00,000 on a small accident where as the car value is only 1,46,750 Rs.
    Point : 18. We drive our car from Joya to Moradabad at a speed of 40-50 Km/h, I saw the speed my time in the speed meter it was in proper working conditions. All light, meter, indicator and fuel meter was in proper working condition where as the service center said that the meter & left head light is also damaged, But after my long argument they ready to fit the old meter and left head light as it was properly working.
    Point : 20. My Switch assembly was in proper working condition as I checked all the lights and indicators before bringing my car into the workshop. Because the weather was very bad on 27th June so I used all lights, dipper, parking light, indicators etc.when needed.
    Point : 21. They changed my cylinder assembly break master even there was no scratch and damage on the engine nor there was no accident effect on the break assembly. And as per them if the break assembly was damaged then how could I bring car by driving from Joya to Moradabad.
    Point : 22. When we spoke to Mr. Chauhan (Servier of National insurance company) on dt.12th Aug at around 6:00 pm, he also told us at the time of surviey they asked many time to akanksha employees to inform the customer and get their permission to change the parts and inform them rough estimate. But we did not received any intimation and information about the same concern. Even we told him earlier also before any insurance survey, please let us know and take my permission before repair and change parts in my car.
    Because of above non-satisfaction at bad attitude, I am not able to pay any amount and they are finally not agree to settle this issue I am fully prepared my mind to file a case in consumer court for my mentally lose, car originality lose, phone call charges, visit charges etc. We are 100% doubt on all above this. Please help me in this matter what to do.
    On dated 24th August, I again went to the service station for settlement but they are trying to settle the issue in 28500 Rs. Which is not possible for me to pay, pleaes advise what to do.

    froud deduction of money from prepaid amount
    Dear all
    intensnally, deducted Rs. 30/- and 25/- from my balance in the name of tune song. and other for which i have not been opted.
    despite of my complain, they have not done any thing. as yet.

    so i thing they silently deducting the money from various customer for which the custoer is unaware.
    this is a type of cheating.

    telecom department should take care of such happenings

    BHARTI AIRTEL IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY
    Balance Reduction Without Usage


    I am user of Airtel Cellular Service, no being - 9960255169. I use two nos. Extensively use the reliance & Airtel is mostly used for incoming so there is hardly any usage.
    My balance was reduced from Rs 130-140 to 23 paise for absolutely no reason in the month of Feb (2008). This event took place between 20th - 25th Feb.
    1. On 29th of feb itself I visited the local authorized Airtel outlet & they asked me to come the next day.
    2. On being there the next day (1st of March) I learnt there was no electricity. So I was again asked to come later.
    3. 3rd of March ¡V The most common excuse ¡V ¡§System is slow¡¨. So I left my number in the complaint register & ask them to get back to me when they have time!
    4. 9th of March I get a call from the local office of Airtel informing me that I had used my no which explains the reduction in balance. On asking them the reason they said ¡§it is not being reflected in the system!¡¨ Then how the hell on this earth do you know that I have used my no! I enforced the question firmly to them again ¡§May I know the reason for the reduction in my balance?¡¨ & they said they would call me in 15 mins. It has been 3 months those 15 mins haven¡¦t arrived!
    5. During the same period I was making calls to register my complaint on the 121 (customer care). Airtel has put a limitation on the no of calls that would answered by an Airtel executive (I guess it is 25 calls/month). My whole 25 calls got exhausted but I didn¡¦t get an reply from them.
    6. They have started THIS SHIT called ¡§query by sms¡¨ where you have to mention your problem via a sms! WTF! Again my question remained unanswered.
    7. In the month of April I had lodged approximately 8 complaints. All executives told me that my problem would be solved in 48 hrs but those 48 hrs never came in the same month.
    8. Now this was getting on my nerves so I really started to press the issue. THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN THE WORST THIRD GRADE LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE OF AN ORDINARY C-CLASS CO! Not only they lack responsibility & commitment but they are utterly shameless & manner less. On many occasions they asked to wait for 30 seconds & didn¡¦t reply till 15 minutes. But I had nerves of steel & decided no matter what I want an answer! So used to switch the phone to speakerphone mode & continue my work. These customer care executives used to check every 3-4 minutes hoping that I disconnected but I didn¡¦t & in the end they are shameless enough to cut the call. This happened 5-6 times. They also fooled me by saying they are transferring the call to higher authority, the call never got transferred to any person but IVR! In the month of MAY I had made roughly 10 complaints, complaint Nos being:

    i. 3041209784600 ¡V I was told. Mistake from their end Amount would be credited to my account in 48 hrs.

    ii. 3042301779000 ¡V On calling after 4 days I was told. Mistake from their end Amount would be credited to my account in 48 hrs.

    iii. 304261844710 0 ¡V On calling after 3 days I was told. Mistake from their end Amount would be credited to my account in 48 hrs.

    iv. 3042487264840 ¡V After a couple of days again the same story.

    v. 305022770330 0 ¡V Same old story of 48 hrs.

    840 hrs passed but I didn¡¦t receive the credit.

    vi. 3051890775 86 ¡V If you notice this complaint no is a digit shorter. So I asked them the reason. They told me it is short because it was being forwarded by a higher authority (At least by someone above the executives who receive the customer calls)

    The executives whom I spoke to were Mr Balaji, Naamnath, Satish, Ruksan & Raj Kohli (last 5 calls, 1st I didn¡¦t record).

    This time I was sure my problem would be solved. And could you guess what answer did I receive? Everything has been deleted from the system because they maintain records only of the last 3 months & they suggested me that I should have lodged a complaint earlier! They are frauds. Bloody Rascals. Shameless assholes on this earth. Airtel is fraudulent company. I am not making stories but speaking the facts. I have mentioned my no above. Also mentioned are the complaint nos. All facts are recorded!

    If you don¡¦t have the records of more than the past 3 months solve problems in an acceptable time period. Even now in the records there would be previous months complaints (may) mentioning that a rebate has to be given to me. When the decision of rebate has already been taken then why is there a need to check the records of feb again! & even incase there is, it is due to inefficiency in their system that they can¡¦t check it.
    These assholes reduce your balance, don¡¦t give you reasons, make you run & when you give up & recharge would repeat the same.

    A STRONG RECOMMEDATION: NEVER GO FOR AIRTEL CELLULAR SERVICE „³ IT IS A TRAP!!

    MY MOBILE NO IS 09933629213.ON 25 TH MAY I HAVE RECEIVED A The letters you typed did not match the text displayed to you. Please try again. FROM AIRTELL WHICH CONTAINS A OFFER WITH RECHARGE OF 55 AND GET 75 RUPEES WHERE 43 RUPEES WILL BE GIVEN INSTANTLY AND REMAINING RUPEES WILL BE GIVEN WITH IN 24 HOURS.AFTER 48 HOURS I CONTACT WITH AIETELL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE .THEY INFORMED ME AFTER CHECKING THAT I WOULD BE GUVEN REMAINING RUPEES DURING 12 PM 28 MAY .AFTER IT THAY LOCK THEIR SERVICE FOR THEIR FAULT.EVEN TODAY I CAN NOT GET THESE RUPEES.I REQUEST AIRTELL COMPANY TO BE CONSEOUS AND CARE FULL WITH THEIR SERVICE.BY CHEATING NOTHING CANBE STAYED.PLEASE TAKE ACTION SO THAT I CAN GET MY BALANCE.IF NOT I ABLE TO REJECT THEIR SERVICE

    Airtel sent notice for no mistake of mine
    I was a customer with Airtel from oct 2006 to jan 2007. Initially i had 699 unlimited plan with airtel In the month of November 2007 i wanted to shift to a limited connection...I called airtel mutiple times to know about the speed 250 plan...Initially they stated that the offer is closed later they stated that they can provide that as an exception to me... the information given to me were:
    1. 25 hrs free browsing.
    2. 50 calls free from the landline.

    later i get a Bill in jan stating that my bill amount is 10356/- when i called airtel on the same they stated that this was due to the modem being turned on...how ever when i called multiple times no one informed me that the modem should be switched off hence informed them that i am not ready to pay a huge amount without my mistake...and now in the month of may i get a notice from them stating that i need to pay the amount...

    this made me irritated...AIRTEL SUCKS.

    Any suggestions that people can give.

    Sir,
    I had gone to one of yr local dealers ,M/s KKCK ,with my mobile and asked if my mobile could be charged at his shop. He said, that he could do it by E-top of Rs.100/= which I agreed. After this e-top, he told me that it would take 2-3 hours and I could use the phone .This was done on 11-4-2008.
    Even next day ,12-4-2008, I was unable to use the phone . I therefore went again to him and asked why I was not able to use the handset. The O.K.message was there and it said that Rs.89/= were credited to my acct. But, when he looked up and said that there was no validity and now I should get validity extn. I therefore paid Rs.101.50 and again I was told that I could use the mobile soon. In order to get another opinion, I went to another dealer and I was asked to get a top-up to get my phone going and then I should ask the dealer to contact the Airtel office to get the money loaded on 11-4-2008 (Rs.100/=)in my acct. I have been going to this dealer for some time and then the Dealer, Mr. Chetan Thakur, asked me to contact Airtel Customer Care. I therefore went yesterday,22-4-2008 to the irtel Office and was told that the money was deposited in the acct. without validity and therefore it is lost and the dealer is responsible . The dealer says that since the credit msg is there , he is not responsible . I therefore request you to help and sort out this small matter and arrange credit of Rs.100/= into my acct.

    Advance paid but not refund till Date
    We had paid a sum of Rupees 2500.00 vide there valid Hollow mark (2985426) receipt no. CA/REC No. 330660 SEF No. 787210 on dated 12 oct 2007 to Mr. Jitender for the booking of new internet connection in our office 112, First Floor Ansal Majistic Tower, Vikas Puri New Delhi. When they refuse for connection we say them for gave us back the advance amount. On the First week of November we receive a letter with a cheque of Rs. 500.00 bearer no. 023586 dated 30th oct 2007 of Deutsche Bank New Delhi with bank reference no. COO/B79607036053/247 NDCSD/ND02/343421.

    Aft er that we had so many complaint to Mr. Sachin, Mr. Manoj, Mr. Sharad, Mr. Surender Moor (9818414222), Mr. Raju Vigbhash (09910937459), but they carry forward day by day the complaint.

    Complaint no. 2617768 dated 10 dec 2007, 3089536 dated 8 Jan 2008, 12187412 dated 22 Jan 2008, 3631898 dated 7 Feb 2008.

    Please help us.

    Bad Airtel Customer care and poor Bharti systems
    Hi all,

    I have activated a GPRS connection on my prepaid airtel mobile.
    On initial enquiry to customer care centre following was stated by the customer care cntre :
    a)It will be charged as 15INR per day from the day of activation till it is active.
    b)The deactivation can be done by the user anytime by sending an SMS "GPRSDEACT" to 222.


    On 19th Feb 2008, I wanted to deactivate my GPRS
    I sent an SMS "GPRSDEACT" to 222. I got an notification saying message delivered, but airtels system fails to process it / deactivate my GPRS.

    -I tried it again and again and finally I tried it once more before I went to sleep: an SMS "GPRSDEACT" to 222. I again got an notification saying message delivered, but airtels/bhartis unreliable system fails again to process it.

    -On 20th Feb , I sent an SMS "GPRSDEACT" to 222 and my GPRS atlast got deactivated.

    However I observed that Airtel has billed me 15/-Rs for 20th Feb 2008 too.
    I called up the customer care and address my problem against failure of airtel in deactivationg my GPRS on the day I sent the SMS and also for charging me for the additional subsequent day.
    There response:
    Sorry we cannot help you as the billing was done till 20th FEB 2008 as the GPRS was active till 20th FEB 2008 and doesnt matter if you have sent the SMS on 19th Feb 08.

    I went to the Airtel office at Rammaruti Road, THANE,:
    but the same response, however I asked them to log a complaint and they said it will be address in 72 hrs, but till date I have not heard from anyone.

    Above is the issue and my concern lies with the failure of airtel to compensate or even accept the mistake or even they could have taken a feed back for a technical issue that would have helped the system to be better in future.

    I have observed Airtel or Bharti's inefficiency in the following aspects:

    1] Customer relationship and marketing : You dont care for your customers, a mere 15 rs refund would have made me to appreciate people to go for Airtel, on the contrary I will rather urge people not too , also I will never activate GPRS again (A potential loss of 450Rs/month for airtel as against 15 rs refund). I am not discontinuing with Airtel since my phone number is of importance, but awaiting for a scheme to switch to another operator keeping the same number.

    2] Inefficient Systems : Airtel couldnt even process a simple SMS delivered to there system. There is no failure mechanism to detect which SMS werent processed in the past (As Airtel customer care said confidently that we didnt recieve any request, but I have sent SMS thrice and they are with a delivered status in my Mobile.) . A failure mechanism ensures future stability of the system on basis of past failures. But Airtel is not even concerned about having manual feedback through customers as against automated failure systems.

    Earlier also Airtel's systems failed to realise payments made via ICICI bank towards recharging prepaid mobile twice. Upon calling both Airtel and ICICI bank you get the diffrence in attitude.

    3] Brand Image and Capability rating : Very poor. My comment above would have given you an idea of me being a professional in the same industry. Even in professional world such incidences shall describe airtel as a very mismanaged and customer unfriendly organisation.

    The over all poor performing IT - systems and infrastructure as mentioned above shows Bhartis inability to deliver / serve potential big projects. Even in professional world grape-wine communications are strong enough to make decisions.

    The above statements seems harsh and over-spoken considering a mere 15Rs ! overcharge issue, but that is the truth I can decipher at my end.

    Looking at series of incidents and failures, the image that Bharti and Airtel has, is now in doubt by me and many of my personal friends as well as professional colleagues. And they shouldnt be eligible to provide a service if they dont have the adequate infrastructure and attitude to support it well.

    I would appreciate if Airtel / Bharti ever consider feedbacks positive enough, else every organisation is free to decide its own fate.

    But the attitude remains pathetic, even my friend lost her mobile and she wanted to have her cell phone blocked, she couldnt contact the customer care nor from an airtel prepaid mobile or any other non-airtel.
    Thats because she wanted to contact the post paid customer care and couldnt, however airtel prepaid told to call 9892012345 but over that a strange password was asked. This is again against TRAI regulations.

    Also when I told the customer care the first time when I called that my issue is very evident as I can very well prove it, and I may very well approach the consumer court.
    The response : "Very well, go ahead ! ", they are confident that the consumer court cant do anything other than a mere fine.
    Unfortunately not many people approach consumer court, but what I see is a real disrespect of Airtel towards an apex body.
