	Poor condition of district disability rehabilitat
	Sir kindly give attention towards very poor condition of District disabilty rehabilitation centre. Have you paid attention ever that only 26000/- rs has been given to run District disabilty rehabilitation centre rewa for whole year even they have full technical staffs. You may see your ministry website that only few ddrc have got grant while pvt ngos got lot of grant . PWD ACT1995 CANNOT BE IMPLEMENTED HONESTLY AND SMOOTHLY UNTIL AND UNLESS PROFESSIONALS ENGAGED IN REHABILITATION SERVICES WONT GET RESPECTED HONORARIUM.AT GRASS ROOT LEVEL GOVT ESTABLISHED DISTRICT DISABILITY REHABILITATION CENTRE IN 108 DISTRICT. BUT THERE IS NO TECHNICAL STAFF AS NO ONE IS WILLING TO SERVE AT 6000/- OR LESS. GOVT HIMSELF NOT INTERESTED IN RUNNING DDRC.HOW A AUDIOLOGIST FROM NATIONAL INSTITUE WOULD WORK ON 5000/-HONORARIUM. HOW A PROSTHETIC ORTHOTIC ENGINEER WOULD WORK AT 6000/-. ALL DDRC RUN ON PAPER ONLY. 	Dear Mr Kamble...All dalits may have appreciated your efforts if the voice of Dalits instead of BSP would be there but i think the words & concern of yours are more for BSP rather Dalits.. However Now India is a democratic and secular country lets do not divert peoples toward dalit or non dalit we should just thinks of devlopment for country which a comon man is able to see in past 5 years..
