When we contacted the Call Centre No., there is no proper response, people act irresponsible. even the issue was taken up when u and ur people came requesting for election votes, bu in vain. Looks like people forget what they promise. Not sure if anybody reads the mails sent to this id, but m sharing views about this govt and Yeddy & Co
Here is mine and lot of other people (70%) of Karnataka about Yeddy,
• One of the weakest CM the country has seen in the history of India
• Doesn’t have control on his cabinet and even his party MLAs
• Talks one thing and does a twist in the statement next day
• This is one such Govt. under the governance of which there have been more power cuts
• Can not take an independent decision
• All cabinet and MLAs override his decisions
Most of the ministers and MLAs are gundas and don’t know how to deal with public and some even don’t know Kannada language.
Yeddy, remember you are elected frm public and are servents of public.
People know that, this will be last chance given to you people and even u people know about this and that’s why looting the people / state like anything that no body has done ever before in the history | | | |

Subject: My last appeal to you Sir, seeking Justice as even Hon'ble High Court Orders are not being honored by your Government and also there is no point in further initiating Contempt of Court proceedings against the Commissioner, BBMP as I am sure that this will also end in another FLOP SHOW looking into my present unforgettable experience
Because of this callous attitude of the bureacracy in responding to the genuine grievances of the general public who in fact should act as watch dogs to public grievances, scant respect for Judiciary, and rule of law, have all made the lives of all the law abiding citizens cutting across all sections of the society very miserable. The BBMP is only bothered about desilting drains, removing and redoing pavements and construction of COMPOUND WALLS, painting colourful pictures on walls.
After protracted Correspondence with the authorities I HAVE NOW FINALLY LOST ALL HOPES THAT I WILL GET JUSTICE IN THIS SORT OF A SET UP, DESPITE GOING TO COURT. HENCE I WANT TO CLOSE MY CORRESPONDENCE ONCE FOR ALL WITH THIS e-MAIL AND LEAVE EVERYTHING TO ALMIGHTY AND DESTINY.
Previously we used to believe that "PEN is mightier than SWORD". Those days are gone now. Now it has to be re-written as "Money Power is mightier than everything".
A. MATTER CONCERNED WITH COMMISSIONER, BBMP:
1. REGARDING UN-AUTHORISED CONVERSION IN F/F OF # 29/1 FROM RESIDENTIAL TO NON-RESIDENTIAL FOR CONDUCTING TUTORIALS
I am the absolute owner of G/F of # 29, 6th Cross, Sudhindranagar, Malleswaram, BENGALURU-560003. It is my ancestral property. The then owner of F/F converted the F/F to Non-residential usage in March 2005 without obtaining competent sanction from BBMP for change in land use and NOC from my end for conducting the Tutorial and gave it on lease in the first instance in March 2005 and later on sold the said property in F/F in April 2007 to the same tenant who was holding the property on lease.
My contention is that the Tutorial is not functioning in a separate building to say that the commercial activity is permissible in a residential area. The Tutorial is actually functioning in the same plot, where I am the absolute owner of G/F and the Tutorial is functioning in the F/F,ie., over my head in a small site of 30'x45' over a built-in area of 750 Sft where provision is made for TWO lecture halls with a seating capacity of 75 students in each hall. The noise generated from this teaching activity has become unbearable for us. Further I am a Senior Citizen and I have undergone by-pass surgery. I am also suffering from BP and diabetes. My wife is also suffering from BP. Sometime back I saw in Deccan Herald that too much noise is linked to Heart attack and High BP risk. An Extract of the same is enclosed for your kind reference. The noise generated due to running of the Tutorial is to be actually felt rather than explained.
Possession and at the same time enjoyment of the property is a fundamental Right as enshrined in the Constitution of India. But I am absolutely deprived of this fundamental right of enjoying my ancestral property and to live peacefully in the twilight years of my life due to running of this Tutorial.
In this regard failing to get any positive response from BBMP I took up the issue to Hon'ble High Court in WP No. 117 of 2008. The Hon,ble High Court in its order dated 13th March 2008 directed the Commissioner BBMP to consider the Petitioner's representation in accordance with law within an outer limit of THREE months. The date fixed by the Hon'ble Court has expired on 13th June 2008. EVEN AFTER A LAPSE OF MORE THAN TWO SOLID YEARS I AM YET TO GET THE FINAL ORDERS FROM THE COMMISSIONER BBMP IN THE MATTER.This clearly shows the scant respect for the Law of the land by the BBMP hierarchy and contempt for orders of Hon'ble High Court. I have written umpteen letters to the Commissioner, BBMP and also met him personally (Sri Bharatlal Meena, IAS to be precise) in his chambers on 19-11-2009 after the Court Orders. From this one can know with what sort of people we are dealing with? Under these circumstances and in the present setup there is no point in further initiating Contempt of Court proceedings against the Commissioner, BBMP as I am sure that this will also end in another FLOP SHOW looking into my present unforgettable experience. ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY.
All of a sudden waking from deep slumber the AEE has issued a notice to the owner of F/F under Section 308(1)(a&b) read with Section 505 of the KMC Act on 07-09-09 after a lapse of THREE years when this illegal conversion was first brought to the Notice of BBMP. What prompted the AEE to issue a notice at this stage is not known? Is it to favour the owner to get a stay? Yes. The owner promptly got a stay in City Civil & Sessions Court in OS 27182/2009. When a case pertaining to the same subject has been disposed by the High Court granting a stay or injunction by a lower court looks ridiculous as the orders of the lower court has no locus Standi. My apprehensions are the BBMP is not at all bothered to act in the matter and to get the stay vacated which can be done in a jiff may be perhaps to favour the owner of F/F indirectly.

Sir, we have come to the basics. The very basic need of any human being is food, water & shelter. Water & power has become a major issue and a matter of concern.
Its a fact that water is scarce by which the electricity generation is also not upto mark.
Coming to the point, I live in chinnappa garden. Water problem started here from April 2010 onwards. For nearly 2 months from then, we hardly had any water. Since june 2010, water is coming partially, and it is coming only once in 4 days. But the quantity is very less. It could not be used for one day also.
When we approach the bwssb authorities, there is no proper response. If a response comes, it says that that the main pipe line is faulty and it has to be rectified.
This is the reason which we have been getting from past two months.
If we ask them to do any other alternative to supply, like portable water and so on, the authorities abuse us.
People in the whole chinappa garden are suffering without water sir. But the surrounding area such as pottery town and munireddypalya is getting sufficient water.
The corporator of chinappa garden area is also not taking any constructive steps to solve this problem.
Hence, on behalf of the citizens of chinappa garden, i request your goodself to intervene in this regard and to provide us proper water supply.

I am QAZI MAZID HUSSAIN and i am studying in TMAES POLYTECHNIC ,HOSPET in the course of METALLURGY[study of metals] ,but i had one problem that problem is that when i complete my diploma i wanted to interested in doing engineering but in the karanataka there is no metallurycal engineering colleges so i wanted to request is that please open the coures of engineering in our surrounding cities like bellary .i want to say bellary because i already sent one mail to bellary engineering college and they mailed me that they tell they will try to opened the course of metallurgy but they are not sure .i wanted to requesting you to tell that colleges to open the new branch of metallury | | | |
