Music
Ka Maha Muqabala was a singing reality show run by Indian television channel
Star Plus. Produced by Amul, the show started on December 19, 2009 and
was aired every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 pm.
There was truly the clash of the Titans where the Star Singers of India
such as
Himesh Reshammiya,
Shaan,
Mika Singh,
Shreya Ghoshal,
Mohit Chauhan
and Shankar Mahadevan fought with each other, leading their own team to make their team
supreme. Each Star Singer had 3 singers from Indian singing talent
hunts and one new singer hand picked by the Star Singer. Six Star Singers,
represented six different teams.

These six teams fought to win Misic Ka Maha Muqabala. Each episode
was a war between two teams. The other four captains were the judges for
the day. Also acting as neutral judges, there were two Bollywood
personalities. The scores were given by the live audience through the
scoring pads provided to them. The winner of each episode was
decided by calculating the Judges’ scores and the Audience points. Each
episode was shot in a ground, witnessed by thousands of music lovers. The

SONG OF SHADAB WAS PERFECT AND NEEDS FULL POINTS.
SHANKAR SHOULD NOT COMPETE WITH SMALL GIRL ANWESHA WHO IS A RISING SUPER STAR AND NUMBER ONE IN THIS CONTEST BECAUSE SHANKAR HAS LOT OF EXPERIENCE. MOREOVER, THIS COMPETITION WAS NOT BETWEEN CAPTAINS. SHANKAR SHOULD TRY TO COMPETE WITH SENIOR REPUTED SINGERS.
SHAAN IS THE BEST CAPTAIN, VERY NICE HUMAN BEING, GOT MOST OF THE TROPHIES, ANWESHA GOT MOST OF THE TROPHIES.

THERE WERE MISTAKES IN SONG OF SHANKAR WHICH WERE IGNORED BY JUDGES KEEPING IN VIEW THE POST OF SHANKAR IN MUSIC INDUSTRY. SUCH JUGGLER SHOW MUST NOT BE ALLOWED IN SUCH A BIG CONTEST.
WHEN JUDGEMENT OF JAVED AKHTAR IS NULL AND VOID, THEN, SHAAN IS AUTOMATICALLY WINNER. AUDIENCE IS EXTREMELY SERIOUS THIS TIME AND VERY SAD AND WILL BE SAD IF GAJENDRA SINGH AND ALL MANAGEMENT WILL NOT GIVE JUSTICE TO SHAAN.

THERE WAS NO SUCH THEME IN MEDLY OF SHANKAR WHICH COULD BENEFIT ANYBODY EXCEPT CONFUSING BECAUSE THAT AGE GONE NOW, AND AT PRESENT, NO KISSAN IS SUFFERING LIKE THAT. MOREOVER, THE MEDLEY WAS BORING. AND DESERVES NO POINTS.
JAVED DID NOT LISTENED OTHER JUDGES, AND BECAME MORE THAN GOD WHICH IS INSULT OF OTHER FOUR HIGHLY REPUTED JUDGES, INSULT OF AUDIENCE, INSULT OF SHAAN, INSULT OF SHADAB.
PERFORMANCE OF ANWESHA FOR THIS PARTICULAR EPISODE WAS BETTER THAN SHANKAR BUT JUDGES WERE HELPLESS TO GIVE FULL POINTS TO SHANKAR WITHOUT FINDING ANY FAULT KEEPING IN VIEW POSITION OF SHANKAR IN MUSIC FIELD.
SHAAN HAS ACHIEVED ALREADY A POSITION OF HIGHLY TALENTED CAPTATIN WHILE GETTING MAXIMUM TROPHIES IN THIS CONTEST. ANEWESHA GOT MAXIMUM TROPHIES AND IS TOP MOST SINGER IN THIS CONTEST.

Some PREVIOUS comments may be CORRECT and some not for 14 March 2010 episode:
1. Performance of shankar was not better than episode of 7Feb2010, Shankar should not perform himself against a very small girl rising star ANWESHA. It is shameful. He does not deserve 10 points because of his performance BECAUSE THERE WERE MISTAKES IN HIS SONG, but judges has considered his position in the music industry. Shankar has shown honesty in this contest two times, (a)Judges could consider him as a team member which judges could not do. (b) Shankar himself agreed before medley that SHANKAR is LOOSER. So, SHAANIS WINNER according to management and it is EXPECTED that management will take honest steps.
SHADAB HAD USED ONLY HIS OWN VOICE AND TALENT, IT IS FAULT OF JAVED FOR POOR JUDGEMENT. SIMULTANEOUSLY, IT MUST BE APPRECIATED IF SHADAB COULD DO COPY OF ORIGINAL SINGER. IT IS GREAT ART FOR WHICH MORE THAN FULL MARKS SHOULD BE GIVEN.
2. A man JAVED AKHTAR could not give fair judgment because of FAMILY RELATIONS with Shankar AND SOME FRUSTRATION WITH SHAAN. JAVED had to give full points to SHAAN in medley and full points to Shadab. JAVED told a lie that JAVED could not see theme in medley of Shaan WHICH IS FAULT OF JAVED. Similarly internet voting must be ignored totally. A child who just like one singer will vote to his candidate. Singing is the biggest art which must not be insulted by public who does not know anything about this field. Hundred percent result must be in the hand of good honest singers and judges while taking definite consideration of views of audience too. Audience should be given full chance to vote but they should be given opportunity to give their consent out of 10 points only. How can audience judge an already playback singer who was definitely insulted by audience when they gave just 7 points.. | |
