 Hrithik
Roshan, popularly known as Duggu, is an Indian film actor. He was born on
January 10, 1974 in Mumbai. He is the son of well-known Indian film actor
and director Rakesh Roshan and nephew of Indian film music director Rajesh
Roshan. He has a sister Sunaina.
He made his debut as a leading hero with the
Hindi film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai (2000), opposite debutant actress Amisha
Patel. The film had earned him the 2001 Filmfare Best Male Debut Award and
2001 Filmfare Best Actor Award.
Hrithik married Sussanne Khan, the daughter of
well-known Indian film actor and director Sanjay Khan on December 20, 2000
in Bangalore. They have a son, Hrehaan.
