Time for a change
I feel that a party which stays too long become complacent and tend to overlook many things because they are too corrupt and unnecessarily confident.
Having a change in the Government every now and then forces the politicians to be in the tenterhooks, making sure they deliver, and the general public benefiting, and not just the aristocrats
We should all look down and learn something from places like Kerela, where the Government are elected according to their deliverance and not chadar and gas cylinder.

This year the election has taken a very critical role in Sikkim. Moreover, the counting for the same falls on 16th May which falls on the state day of Sikkim. Seeing, the past history the date has provided the very critical movement in Sikkim. So, since the same counting falls on 16th May I feel there will be the change in present government.
