 Voice
of India Mummy Ke Superstars is a singing reality show run by the Indian
television channel Star Plus. Produced by SOL, the show started on April 4,
2009 and was aired every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 pm.
The show was a singing reality show for kids in the age group of 10 to 16
years. There were 12 contestant pairs of Mummy-Child, where mother
manages, mentors and grooms her child. Mother was involved in every stage of
performance of her child from song selection, rehearsals, choreography to
costumes.
The show had a Jury panel of three members composed of professionals from
the entertainment industry to judge contestants’ performance, talent, skills
and grooming.

Shivish Soni and Beenashaw Soni
and
Soham Naik and Aagnya Naik.

were declared the
winner of Voice of India Mummy Ke Superstars on June 27, 2009.

Myself Suyog Potdar from Amravati.
I am fond of Music, Infact Music is my
Life Blood. I regularly watch all the reality
shows on different channel, SVOI, VOI are
my fav. shows. But these days I am not
satisfied by these shows.
Just take example of VOI episode when
Yash Shah & Soham Naik was in Danger
zone & unfortunately Yash got eliminated.
Actually Both Yash & Soham are Mind Blowing.
They should not be in Danger zone. Instead
Aditya deserves that. Bhavini is quite good
but her performance of Ami Je Tomar was not
that much good. Even judges were confused
during elimination of Soham & Yash. I think
the judgement goes wrong from the begining
Soham & Yash Both are best.
I have discussed this topic with my
friends especially with those who have
achieved something great in Music. I
discuss it with Aditya Narayan, Aishwarya
Majmudar, Anushka Manjrekar,
Shweta Subramanium on a online site.
They also agreed a little bit with me.
Instead of those judges, if Either Shreya Di,
Alka Ji, Abhijeet Ji or Sonu was their amoung
the judges then Yash might be still there, even
I feel that Sayli's Voice qaulity was better.
Her final song Jindagi Me kabhi koi was really
thrilling.
Let It be that was just what I thoght & discussed
with my friends.

I have watched a few reality shows of USA but I am proud to say that the judges of this show are by far the best. They have shown thorough professionalism in their work. They have desisted from undue criticism and given full encouragement to the young contestants. My congratulations and compliments to the judges.
All of the young contestants are simply a pleasure to watch and listen to. Their spirit is just great. All of them are superb. I am sure it would be difficult to select the best.
And final tributes to the mothers. Their love for the children shows on their face. I am amazed to see the great performances by Swastika and Sayali mothers. Hats off to them.
