 Zee
Cine Awards is an awards ceremony in India. The awards honor the best of
Indian Film Industry’s popular work from the previous year. It is organized
by Zee Network Television Limited.
The first Zee Cine awards function was held in
1998 in Mumbai. Since then, the awards have been presented every year. In
2004, the awards went international and were held in Dubai.
The 2008 Zee Cine Awards was held on April
26, 2008 in London. The ceremony was attended by top Bollywood stars and
had a vast line up of performances. The show will be telecast on Zee TV in
May 2008.
